    This Rose Lemonade is light, refreshing, and absolutely perfect as we head into the warmer months. The best part is how customizable it is — the rose flavor can be as subtle or as bold as you like. And because it uses rose syrup instead of a cooked simple syrup, there’s no waiting and no fuss. It comes together in just minutes with only a handful of ingredients.

    Step1

    You will need 1 cup of rose syrup.

    Step2

    Juice 1½ cups of fresh lemon juice from approximately 8–10 lemons and pour it into a large pitcher.

    Step3

    Add 1 cup of rose syrup and 5 1/2 cups of cold water to the pitcher, stirring until everything is fully incorporated. If you’d like a deeper pink color, mix in 3–4 drops of pink food coloring. (I used food coloring in the batch shown in the photos.) Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve, then serve over ice.
